As a new subscriber to
Prisma Digital, we would like to take this opportunity to help you understand the billing process for
your cable subscription.
Monthly Billing Cycle
Upon installation of cable services, you would have been billed
the installation charge and a minimum of the first month's subscription. Henceforth, you
will be billed on the same date each month for the current month. The due date for each
new invoice is indicated therein. If payment is not received by that specified date, a
late charge of Tk 50 will be placed on your account. We would appreciate your attention to
the payment due date as to avoid the imposition of a late charge or temporary
disconnection of your service.
Pre-payment Billing Cycle
For customers who have opted for a pre-payment scheme, you will
receive a monthly statement detailing your credit balance with us. When your pre-payment
period ends, you will revert to monthly billing cycle detailed above. Please note that
prepayment is non-refundable.
Do look out for regular announcements and reminders in
your statements or invoices so as not to miss out on any special promotions
