Established in
1991, Prisma Satellite Systems (PSS) became a master distributor of high quality satellite
and cable TV equipment. PSS was based in Dhaka from where it coordinated sales and
facilitate distribution throughout Bangladesh. The sales force of Prisma Satellite was
active though out the country. PSS created revolution the Satellite antenna market.
Prisma Satellite Systems was committed to market only quality products that met the
specific needs of our customers. We supplied all equipment required for SMATV, TVRO, and
CATV systems. Prisma Satellite Systems dealt in industry recognized satellite and cable TV
equipment from the all over the world. Products included antennas, LNBs, Cables,
Connectors & splitters, amplifiers, head-end systems, residential receivers to name a
few. |

Prisma Satellite Systems provided exceptional
services to ensure customers receive prompt deliveries at a competitive price. To aid
customers in making the best use of products, Prisma Satellite gave technical assistance
as required. Technical assistance ranged from installing a Satellite dish to providing
technical specification with explanations to doing full system design. Prisma Satellite
Systems also provided marketing support to distributors. |

was and still is to work closely with customers to provide the final users of our
products, with quality access to satellite TV. |
In 1995-96, Prisma Satellite Systems decided
to enter the Cable TV market and create the difference it made in back 1991 which required
a lot of planning, coordination, and training from abroad. Finally in mid 1998, PSS
launched the first 100% addressable 750 MHz. Hybrid Fiber Optic Coaxial Network in South
Asia. During that time Prisma Satellite Systems changed it name to PRISMA DIGITAL LTD to
match with the network it was building and at the same time use PRISMA’s goodwill in
the market.
